Ilyssa is the sister to Lulu Spencer and Bianca Moire[twin]. Although she ‘s only known Lulu for a year, it seems like forever. They first met when Lulu was forced to kill Bianca. But when Lulu saved Ilyssa’s life a few days later when Voldemort wanted to kill her, things started to get better. Although the relationship between the two sisters are strained, Ilyssa is a forgiving and loving person, and even though she hates Lulu, she loves her sister at the same time. Ilyssa and Lulu are learning to get along, but it’s Ilyssa’s other family: Cousin Ian, Georgie and Maxie, that she worries about because all of them refuse to even speak to Lulu. Although Ilyssa is sweet and comforting to friends, when it comes to enemies Ilyssa can be dangerous and often times deadly.

It is thought that Bianca died in a battle between her friends and Voldemort, but the truth is that after Lulu fired the shot that supposedly killed Bianca, she was actually saved by a vampire. Now Bianca is hiding at Hogwarts under an assumed name, trying to gather information for Voldemort. Her family has no idea that she’s alive.
